摘要

Abstract

Based on the finite element method,the stretch deep drawing of automobile covering parts were simulated and analyzed using Dynaform software.And adopting the film lubrication theory suitable for the deep drawing process of the automobile covering parts,the effects of the punching speed,blank holder force and mold gap on the forming process of the automotive typical covering parts were analyzed so as to obtain the material flow situation in the entire process of sheet deep drawing and analyze the reason for the defects of automobile covering parts.
