摘要

Abstract

A serial surface wave resonator(SAWR) sensing system and its preliminary application have been studied.The main sensitive component is a carbon screen-printed electrode (CSPE) in series with a 433 MHz SAWR.The vacuum-packaged SAWR,providing a stable and high operating frequency,helps to keep the stability and sensitivity of the detecting system.The intestinal STC-1 cells suspensions in different concentrations are prepared.Each cell suspension of 100 μL is dropcast on CSPE,and frequency responses of the sensor are recorded for analysis.Experiment results show that the proposed sensor presents a good sensitivity to cell suspensions in different concentrations.
