摘要

Abstract

An electric control unit(ECU) for the high pressure common rail experiment system of diesel engines,with a dual-core CPU and an integrated power device,has been designed and the software for it is also developed.In order to test the ECU's performance,experiments such as the pumping test of the high-pressure pump,the stability test of the common rail pressure and the injection test of solenoid valve,have been done in a high pressure common rail experiment system with the new ECU instead of the original one.The results indicate the designed ECU has the same controlling capability as the original one.
