脱硝催化剂活化液配制及其性能
Preparation and performance of active potions for denitration catalysts
摘要
Abstract
7 kinds of active potions were prepared according to the main components of catalyst produced by Dongfang KWH Co.Ltd.Experiments were done on revitalizing the deactivated catalyst to get the data about denitration efficiency and activation coefficient of the activated catalyst to compare with a fresh catalyst's by simulating actual working state.Then two kinds of active potions with better activation performance were selected to do the SEM and EDS test for studying the influence of the active potions on the catalyst's structure and performance.The results showed that the catalyst activated by 4 # active potion whose efficiency is 72.2％ and activity is 82％ of the fresh catalyst with the prospect of practical application.关键词
