荆花胃康胶丸与雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮联合治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with Rabeprazole and Domperidone combination therapy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 288 cases of reflux esophagitis were randomly assigned into observation group (144 cases) and control group (144 cases).The control group was treated with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules 10 mg,twice a day; Domperidone tablets 10 mg,3 times a day.Both tablets were taken half an hour before meals.Compared to treatment measure in control group,the observation group was added with Jinghua Weikang capsules 160 mg,3 times a day,lasting for 8 weeks.Then we compared two group patients' clinical symptoms and improvement in endoscopic appearance after treatment.Results Clinical effective rate in observation group was 89.6 ％ (129/144),clinical effective rate in control group was 60.4％ (87/144).Endoscopic esophagitis healing and inflammation improving situation:observation group 97.1％ (132/144),control group 64.6％ (93/144),both were significantly different (P＜0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with Rabeprazole and Domperidone has good curative effect in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.关键词
