穴位注射联合中药外洗治疗手部湿疹的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of point injection combined with herbal lotion for treating hand eczema.Methods 108 patients of hand eczema were equally divided into treatment group and control group with random comparison and blind.The control group patients were treated with point injection triamcinolone acetonide.The treatment group patients received Chinese herbal medicine washing on the.basis of point injection triamcinolone acetonide; Triamcinolone acetonide was injected once every 3 weeks.Chinese herbal medicine washed hands twice every day.We observed the effects of the two groups after a period of treatment for 12 weeks.Results After treatment,the EASI scores of treatment group decreased significantly than those of the control group (P＜0.05),The effect rate of treatment group and the control group were 96.3％ and 79.63％ respectively (P＜0.01).Conclusion Point injection of triamcinolone acetonide plus 2％ lidocaine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of particles lotion hand eczema is safe and effective,worthy for promoting.关键词
