摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the causes of non-gastrointestinal hemorrhagic anemia in patients with viral hepatitis.Methods 30 cases of viral hepatitis patients who had anaemia with non-gastrointestinal bleeding in blood routine test were performed bone marrow aspiration and hemolysis tests.Results The results showed there were 3 cases of unexplained hemolytic anemia,3 cases of thalassaemia,2 cases of iron deficiency anemia,9 cases of reduced or obvious reduced hyperosteogeny.Conclusion For the patients with viral hepatitis,bone marrow aspiration and hemolysis tests should be routinely performed.关键词
