护理干预对预防经外周静脉营养致静脉炎的效果观察
Observation on effects of nursing intervention in preventing the phlebitis caused by peripheral parenteral nutrition

Abstract
Objective To explore the effective way to prevent the phlebitis caused by PPN (PPN).Methods 160 patients who needed support through PPN were allocated into 2 groups according to the monthly odd or even number of date when the patient was first treated through PPN.Control group (n=78),in which the patients underwent continuous wet compress with Wei Liang Shangke oil to the limb where the nutrient fluid was injected.Study group (n=82) in which the patients received the management as the control group,and added massage to where the nutrient fluid was injected,at 5 minutes before,within 4 hours and 5 minutes after infusion.Incidence,time of phlebitis and other complications as well as the patients' satisfaction of two groups were comparatively assessed.Results The incidence of phlebitis in study group was less than that in control group (P=0.01).Time of phlebitis in study group was latter than that in control group (P=0.01).The patients' satisfaction in study group was better than that in control group (P＜0.001).Conclusions It is effective to prevent the phlebitis caused by PPN,the patients could receive continuous wet compress with Wei Liang Shangke oil plus massage to the limb where the nutrient fluid is injected.The intervention can improve the patients' satisfaction too.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
