Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of community group intervention on self-management of hypertensive patients,and provide a basis for community hypertension management.Methods From October 2010 to May 2012,100 cases of community hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.Control group used conventional management methods,while experimental group was treated with group intervention.Compared selfmanagement of two groups six months later,including prescribed medication for controlling high blood pressure drugs,conditioning diet,emotional stability,adequate exercise and regular return visit.Results Six months later,experimental group had better self-management,with 90.00% compliance of medication,86.00% conditioning diet,82.00% emotional stability,90.00% adequate exercise,96.00% regular return visit,a higher rate of correct answer to various indicators.The differences were statistically significant compared with control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions Group intervention in community hypertension management has great performances,and is helpful to improve hypertensive patients' self-management skills,worthy of application.关键词
