护理人员职业暴露原因分析及防护对策
Analysis on occupational exposure and prevention measures among nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To know the reasons of occupational exposure among nurses,in order to provide some effective protective measures for them.Methods By the retrospective survey we investigated the occupational exposure conditions of nurses in Guangzhou Chest Disease Hospital in 2011.Results Among total 358 nurses,22 nurses suffered the occupational exposure (22/358,6.1％) and exposure categories were all needle stick injuries.2 people were exposed to the HIV-positive cases blood,2 people exposed with Hepatitis B cases blood,and 1 people exposed to Hepatitis C patient blood.Conclusions Nurses are the high-risk group for occupational exposure,so we must strengthen training to improve the awareness of occupational protection,avoid risky behaviors,reduce needle stick injury,and to protect their own occupational health and safety.关键词
