摘要

Abstract

Silver on waste silicon solar cell was recovered by the ammonia-hydrate combined reduction process.The optimum process conditions are as follows:leaching waste silicon solar cell with 30%(mass fraction) nitric acid twice at room temperature for 6 min,reducing silver chloride powder with ammonia and hydrazine hydrate,n(Ag) ∶ n(N2H4)=0.5,hydrazine hydrate reduction temperature 50 ℃.The recovered silver powder with high purity and good crystallinity is no need to be purified.
