HIV-DNA Vaccine Research of Purification Technology
摘要
Abstract
In order to get HIV-GAG pharmaceutical grade plasmid DNA vaccine,we studied the procedure of the cultivation of bacteria,alkaline lysis,isolate rudely extraction and chromatography to get plasmid DNA.We used hollow fiber ultrafiltration concentration,ion exchange chromatography and composite model gel filtration medium in this study.The experimental results show that our final product meets the requirments of pharmaceutical standardization.And this technology is suit for large-scale production of DNA vaccines.关键词
