喷丸和电解抛光对齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的影响
Influence of shot peening and electropolishing on bending fatigue strength of gear
摘要
Abstract
To improve the bending fatigue strength of involute gear,the influences of shot peening intensity,coverage and electropolishing on surface integrity and bending fatigue limit were investigated.Based on meshing theory and ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL),the parametric finite element model of gear was established.The bending fatigue strength of gear teeth was calculated and analyzed by ANSYS/FE-SAFE software.The results show that carburizing gear bending fatigue limit from software simulation is larger than test result.There are optimum technic parameters for shot peening,and high intensity and coverage may be prejudicial to bending fatigue limit.Electropolishing after shot peening can further improve surface integrity to increase the bending fatigue strength of involute gear,but the strengthening effect is determined by the initial shot peening parameter.关键词
