Abstract
For the high rate of accident in tooth-locked quick opening pressure vessels and ductile fracture together with fatigue fracture as its main failure modes,3D model of the structure was established by ANSYS,as well as static strength and fatigue life was analyzed.By comparing the calculate results of ANSYS and JB 4732-1995,the correctness and reliability of finite element fatigue analysis method was verified.This method makes up for the deficiency of the test,and the fatigue test cycle of equipment is reduced.The structure design and manufacture reliability of tooth-locked quick opening pressure vessel is improved.关键词
