摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low control precision and potential safety hazard in the traditional circular saw blade sharpener.A new type of automatic circular saw blade sharpener was developed,which adopt PLC as the control core device,touch screen,frequency converter,stepper motor drive,pneumatic transmission and other modern control equipments to improve the automation degree of the sharpener and control accuracy.The practice proves that the sharpener control system is stable,safe,reliable,and has the value of popularization.
