On personnel training of engineering cost specialty based on Luban culture
摘要
Abstract
Based on the prominent status and influence of Luban culture in construction industry,the paper discusses the personnel training of engineering cost specialty in Shandong Jianzhu University.It mainly analyzes the current situation of personnel training of engineering cost specialty,then points out that its key points are developing training programs,strengthening skills training,establishing service consciousness,cultivating students' quality of specialization and professionalization,and finally suggests that Luban culture should be integrated with personnel training by means of society,school and campus culture development.关键词
