Expression of L-type calcium channel in mouse molar development in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of L-type calcium channel in mouse molar development in vitro.Methods Twenty lower first molars were taken from mandibles of 18-day fetal mice and cultured for 4 or 7 days in Trowel cultured systems.The expression of L-type calcium channel in fetal mouse molars development were immunohistocheminally stained with mouse monoclonal antibody Cav 1.1 and rabbit polyclonal antibody Cav 1.2,Cav 1.3,Cav 1.4.Results The Cav 1.2 and Cav 1.3 were expressed in different period and different parts of tooth germ development,but the expression of Cav 1.1 and Cav 1.4 was not detected.Conclusion The expression of L-type calcium channel shows spatial and temporal characteristics during the development of fetal mouse molars in vitro.关键词
