益气活血解毒方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi-HuoxueJiedu (replenishing qi-Activating blood-Removing toxin) decoction in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods Seventy nine patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:patients in TCM group (n =38) received Yiqu-Huoxue-Jiedu decoction in addition to western medicine and control group (n =41) received western medicine alone,for 30 days.Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in TCM group was 92.11％ and that in control group was 73.17％ (P ＜0.05).The electrocardiographic improvement in TCM group was more marked than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion In addition to western medicine,Yiqi-huoxue-jiedu decoction is more effective than western medicine alone in treatment of patients with coronary artery disease angina pectoris.关键词
