摘要
Abstract
This paper uses disperse dyes for dyeing of jade polyester fiber knitted fabric according to characteristics of jade polyester fiber; conducts a single factor experiment analysis with dye-uptake and K/S value as measurement indicators and studies the temperature,dyeing time and pH value in dyeing process with orthogonal analytic method.The result shows that the optimal dyeing process of jade polyester knitted fabric is:relative mass fraction of disperse dye 2％,pH value 5.0,dyeing temperature 130 ℃,dyeing time 35 min and bath ratio l:50.The research on dyeing property of fabric after dyeing shows that the fabric has a good color fastness to rubbing,washing and perspiration ; its bursting strength and cooling performance do not have significant change; and it meets dyeing quality requirements and wearing requirements.关键词
