电脑提花针织物组织结构设计及性能分析
Stitch Design and Performance Analysis of Computer Jacquard Knitted Fabric
摘要
Abstract
This research designs and weaves four double jacquard stitches with different stitches by using the same yarn and computerized flat knitting machine with double computer jacquard fabric as the research object; and studies structural characteristics and performances of different jacquard stitches through surface effect analysis and test and analysis of thickness,air permeability and draping of four jacquard stitch fabrics.The result shows that horizontal stripe jacquard has the minimum density,square meter quality and thickness and the best air permeability and draping ; exposed base jacquard stitch has the strongest stereoscopic sensation of surface,the highest density and good air permeability and draping; net jacquard has the poorest air permeability; speckled jacquard has the maximum square meter mass and poorest draping.关键词
