Abstract
In allusion to some deficiencies that cannot fully cover actual production in GB/T 24252-2009 Silk Quilt national standard,this paper analyzes and evaluates primary quality indicators in silk quilt standard in three aspectsraw material,safety and use requirements from the perspective of test implementation in combination with test work experience and considers that the standard should add requirements for the content of staple fiber,put forward the specific test method of silk floss length,define smelly types,improve the test method of trash content,strictly controls pH value of silk quilt,choose fastness to soaping test conditions of padding cover according to fabric,add additional requirements for silk quilt,improve the requirement for flame retardation of filler,reduce the upper limit of quality deviation ratio of filler,check the dimensional stability to washing of silk quilt as appropriate and further standardize identification of silk quilt etc.关键词
