Abstract
The construction of water resources projects must be comprehensively and dynamically managed based on engineering characteristics.Taking into account the engineering characteristics and construction and management difficulties of Tingzikou Water Control Project in Jialing River,the management measures implemented in the construction of Project are mainly described from the aspects of safety control,quality control,constructing excellent-quality engineering,schedule control,cost control and optimizations.The strict and effective implementation of these measures ensures the smooth progress of Tingzikou Project construction,and meanwhile,some highlights on project construction are also created.关键词
