Abstract
Jialing River Tingzikou Water Control Project locates in old revolutionary base area of northern Sichuan which has a good ecological environment,so the requirements on environmental protection of Project are strict.The resettlement of Project is implemented according to the Regulation of State Council (Decree No.471).The idea of "Green Project" is established as the objective of environment protection based on national basic environment protection policies.The environment protection engineering is simultaneously planned,constructed and put into operation with main hydraulic structure engineering after adopting scientific planning,management innovation and measures and investment supporting.The environment protection in the construction of Project has achieved good results.关键词
