Abstract
The concrete pouring of upper lock head of ship lift in Tingzikou Water Control Project in the second stage of Phase Ⅱ is studied herem.After a technical and economic analysis of a variety of concrete pouring schemes,the RCC below El.427 m in Block 37 and 38 is poured by using dump truck and vertical vacuum elephant trunk with a maximum drop of 47 m,the normal concrete above El.427 m in Block 37 is poured by using cable machine,tower crane and concrete pump before May for different pouring block.A series of supporting measures are formulated to ensure rapid concrete pouring in the upper lock head.The RCC pouring is completed on January 12,2013,and the average month increase creates a new record of 23.5 m.The normal concrete pouring is also controllable.关键词
