摘要

Abstract

Effects of different drying methods on the contents of polysaccharides (measured by UV spectrophotometer) and ergosterol (measured by HPLC) in Polyporus umbellatus were investigated.The drying procedure was optimized.The highest content of polysaccharides (0.668 9%) was found in the sample which was dried in an oven at 70℃ for 2 hours and then at 50℃ until completely dry.Ergosterol found its highest content in the samples which were undergone natural air drying and 50℃ oven drying,while lower in the samples undergone high temperature drying,indicating that drying methods significantly influenced the contents of related constituents.Suitable drying method should be adopted based on pharmaceutical applications.To obtain those with high content of polysaccharides,it was recommended the materials should be in an oven at 70℃ for 2 h,and at 50℃ until completely dry.Low temperature drying was the best choice for obtaining high ergosterol content crude drug.
