摘要
Abstract
Based on the field survey data collected from the area of "Sloping Land Conversion Program (SLCP)" in Zhouzhi County,Xi'an,by using the "sustainable livelihood framework (SLF)",which is often adopted to analyze the impacts of ecological engineering in the world,an assessment indicator system was established to compare the living conditions of SLCP and non-SLCP households.The results indicated that in the view of capital,SLCP households possessed more natural capital and physical capital,less human capital and financial capital.No difference were observed in social capital between SLCP and non-SLCP households.In the view of livelihood strategy,the income and out put of SLCP households were lower than those of non-SLCP households.Higher proportion of poverty was found in SLCP households.Some countermeasures in policy were suggested.关键词
