Research Progress of Analysis of Estrogens in Agricultural Products
摘要
Abstract
The quality and safety of agricultural products have always been a social issue.As the essential steroid hormones,estrogens and their metabolites are more likely to accumulate in animal by-products and aquatic products,which impact on the quality and safety of those above-mentioned products seriously.Furthermore,an increasing number of diseases derived from estrogens and their metabolites have been a serious threat to human health.Therefore,it is necessarily important to develop some sensitive,fast and selective methods for analysis of estrogens in agricultural products.This article aims at making a review about the research progress of the analysis of estrogens in agricultural products combined with current development status of the agricultural products and advanced methods for analysis of estrogens domestic and overseas,and proposes some perspectives at the same time.关键词
