Measurement of Nitrite and Nitrate in Pickled Vegetables by Ion Chromatography with Conductivity Detector

摘要

Abstract

This paper established a method using ion chromatography with conductivity detector for the determination of nitrate and nitrite in pickled vegetables.Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction,refined by SPE column,separated by ionPac AS19,measureed with the conductivity detector through gradient elution mode.The nitrate and nitrite detection limit of method is 0.03mg/kg and 0.05mg/kg respectively.The precision of the method is less than 5%,the recovery rate is more than 90%.This measure applies to detect Nitrite and nitrate of high salt content foods(pickles etc).
