Robust Optimization of Automotive Door Structure Based on Taguchi Method
摘要
Abstract
An application of Taguchi parameter design in automotive door structural optimization was presented herein.The orthogonal experiment,the signal-to-noise ratio experiment,and analysis of variance were employed to investigate the sensitive controlling factors to the automotive door sag stiffness and the fundamental frequency,by taking automotive door panels' thickness as controlling factors,material properties and load as error factors.Then,the optimal combination of controlling factors was proposed.The example results show that the optimal design proposed by parameter design can improve the robustness of automotive door structural performance,and reduce the weight.关键词
