摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate expression level and clinical significance of human beta-defensin-1 、-2、-3 mRNA in nongonococcal cervicitis. Methods 72 women with nongonococcal cervicitis and 64 control group were studied in April 2010 to May 2011 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The expression level of human beta-defensin-1 、-2、-3 mRNA (HBD-1 、-2、-3) in cervical tissue was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results The expression of HBD-1,HBD-2,HBD-3(1.12 ±0.41,1.08 ±0.31,1.04 ±0.30) in cervical tissue of control group all could be found and compared with each other respectively no significance(all P > 0.05).But the expression level of HBD-2,HBD-3 (1.25 ± 0.38,1.26 ± 0.35) in cervical tissue of case group were more higher than normal group (t =2.651,-3.705,P < 0.009,0.000).There was no difference (P > 0.05) in expression level of HBD-1 between case(1.22 ±0.45) and normal group (1.12 ±0.41).In the case group and control group, there were positive correlation between HBD-2 and HBD-3(r =0.527,0.304,P =0.000,0.016),while HBD-1 were compared with HBD-2 and HBD-3 no correlation (case group r =0.253,0.267,P =0.056,0.051 ; control group r =-0.018,-0.093,P =0.892,0.473)respectively.Conclusion The expression of human beta-defensin-2、-3 mRNA are increase with inflectional cervices. They are strengthened through each other and play important roles in local cervical immunological defence, which provide new way of treatment.关键词
