宫颈炎康栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of Chinese medicine gongjingyankang suppository for the treatment of high-risk HPV infection and cervical erosion change.Methods 205 cases which had been diagnosed as genital tract high-risk HPV virus infections from November 2011 to November 2012 were selected from the gynecological clinic of the following hospitals:the First Hospital and the Second Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,the Fourth Military Medical University Xijing Hospital and Shanxi People's Hospital.These cases have been ruled out CIN and cervical cancer by cervical TCT,vaginal lens check,and cervical biopsy if necessary.The treatment group,which included 105 cases at first,consists of 102 cases using gongjingyankang for 2 months.The other 100 cases in the control group are observed only.Two months later,cervical secretion HPV examination,pelvic examination,leucorrhea routine examination,cervical TCT,vaginal lens check were taken again to make sure the drug effects.Results In the treatment group,the high-risk HPV negative rate is 34.3％ and 45.1％ respectively in 1 and 2 months after treatment.Among the cases of less than 35 year-old ones and older than 35 year-old ones,high-risk HPV negative rate has no statistical difference.After treatment,the HPV subtypes with higher negative rate include HPV56 (71.5％),HPV39 (72.8％),HPV18 (71.5％),HPV31 (68.5％) and HPV59 (66.7％).Gongjingyankang is effective to cervical erosion change.The total effective rate is 54.4％.We accidentally find that gongjingyankang is effective to genital tract mycoplasma infection.The total effective rate is 100.0％.Conclusion Chinese medicine gongjingyankang can effectively turn high-risk HPV infection from positive to negative,improve the cervical erosion change,and may be effective to genital tract mycoplasma infection.关键词
