摘要

Abstract

The big size,thin wall ofaluminium alloy base casting lead to the difficulties of melt mold filling and cold shut defects.The dimension controlling is difficult because of rough surface of the casting inner cavity.Aiming at the difficulties,the process was optimized for aluminium alloy base casting.The results show that by selecting correct pouring position,reasonable design of riser,pad,chill and substituting sand core for strickle etc.,the problem that internal non-machining plane shortened was solved and product qualification ratio was improved obviously.
