Abstract
Current applications of IEC 61968 standard and information exchange bus (IEB) in distribution grid is described.The shortages of the control technology for information flow are analyzed,then a control framework is proposed based on active control technology (ACT) and collaborative control technology (CCT) for IEB.For information flow direction control,a table is developed and is named authority for message topic (AMT).The table is based on IEC 61968 standard message,verbs and roles,an AMT-based function for information flow direction arrangement,and a method based on ACT and CCT for exception handling in information flow direction.For IEB runtime control for information flow,an ACT and CCT based method is proposed.The method is composed of start-stop control,traffic control and priority control.The information flow control framework based on ACT and CCT helps to achieve stability and flexibility of information exchange system.关键词
