五倍子多糖脱蛋白方法的研究
Deproteinization of polysaccharide from Galla chinensis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To screen the optimal technology for deproteinization of polysaccharide from Galla chinensis.Methods The protein was removed by Sevag,enzyme and their combining application with the percentage of the removed protein(the PRP)and the decomposed polysaccharide(the PDP)as indexes.Results The PRPs for Sevag,enzyme and their combining application were 80.8%,74.1% and 82.1%,the PDPs were 36.1%,17.4% and 21.2% respectively.Conclusion The deproteinization of Sevag combined with enzyme method is an effective and alternative method,and we obtained the optimal conditions for it.关键词
