益气活血方促血管新生对气虚血瘀型脑梗死临床疗效的影响
Clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue formula promoting angiogenesis on cerebral infarction patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue formula on patients of acute cerebral infaraction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the effects on the VEGF and FLK-1 contents in serum,and to expound the formula mechanism of promoting angiogenesis.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Treatment group was administered with the Yiqi Huoxue formula combining with routine Western Medicine treatment,while control group was treated with routine Western Medicine treatment.A treatment course was 2 weeks.The score of neurological function loss,life quality integral and Chinese Medicine symptom and VEGF and FLK-1 contents in serum were observed befone and after treatment.Curative effects were analyzed and evaluated.Results After treatment,there were obvious improvemnet of neurological function loss score and life quality score in 2 groups (P＜0.01); and the treatment group had better effects.Marked improvement rate and the total effective rate were 64.29％ and 92.86％ respectively in treatment group,41.38％ and 92.86％ respectively in control group(P＜0.01).Chinese Medicine symptoms of 2 groups were improved after treatment(P＜0.01).Marked improvement rate and the total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms were 41.38％ and 82.76％ respectively in control group,and 64.29％ and 92.86％ respectively in treatment group (P＜0.01).The Chinese medicine symptoms in treatment group were better than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no changes of serum VEGF and FLK-1 contents in control group before and after treatment (P＞0.05) while there was obvious improvement in treatment group.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue formula has curative effects on acute cerebral inffaraction and can improve patients' life quality.It can increase VEGF and FLK-1 in blood and deal with cerebral infaraction probably by promoting angiogenesis.关键词
