化裁密蒙花散超声雾化联合雷火灸熏眼治疗干眼症的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined therapy of Buddleja officinali Powder of ultrasonic spray and Thunder-Fire Needle on dry eye.Methods 160 patients (160 eyes)of dry eye were randomly divided into 4 groups.The experimental group A (40 patients 40 eyes)was treated with Buddleja officinali Powder of ultrasonic spray; the experimental group B(40 patients 40 eyes) was treated with Thunder-Fire Needle; the experimental group C (40 patients 40 eyes) was treated with two methods combining together; the control group (40 patients 40 eyes) was treated with artificial tears.Curative effects,clinical curative rates,Schirmer Ⅰ test and Tear break-up time (BUT) were recorded before and after treatment and compared among 4 groups after 4 weeks treatment.Results The clinical curative rate differences among group A (87.00％),group B (84.00％)and control group (82.00) had no statistical significance.The clinical curative rates of the experimental group C was 97.00％.The clinical curative rates of the experimental group A,B and C were better than control group,and the differences had statistical significance(P＜0.01).The Schirmer Ⅰ test and tearbreak-up time (BUT) after experiment were better than the data before experiment in all the experimental groups,and the differences had statistical significance.Conclusion Combined therapy of Buddleja officinali Powder of ultrasonic spray and Thunder-Fire Needle is effective in dry eye with high cure rate and great clinical application value; and combined therapy of two methods has stacking effect.关键词
