摘要

Abstract

A new type of laser wavemeter based on polarimetric interferometer is proposed.This wavemeter can achieve the accuracy of 10-6 on micrometric range.This wavemeter is less sensitive to environmental temperature,wavelength shift,and index of air with reduced displacement range.The experimental results of measured value and uncertainty for two unknown laser sources (DL100-Toptica and Nd:YAG) are presented.The experimental comparisons between our own-developed wavemeter and a commercial wavemeter are also described.
