美沙酮维持治疗者的生命质量及其影响因素分析
Analysis of the Quality of Life and Influencing Factors of Patients Receiving Methadone Maintenance Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life of the patients with methadone maintenance treatment and its influencing factors.Method A total of 121 patients who were receiving methadone maintenance therapy in Qujing of Yunnan Province were surveyed with the QLICD-DA.Result The average score of physiological function,psychological function,social function,specific module and the total quality of life was:68.18,55.00,54.13,74.54 and 65.50.Conclusions Early use of methadone maintenance treatment can improve the quality of life of patients.We should strengthen the local social construction,give more care and support for the poor economic situation and take corresponding measures to improve their quality of life.关键词
