急性肠梗阻大鼠血浆降钙素原和C-反应蛋白变化

Abstract
Objective To explore plasma procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in rats with acute bowel obstruction at different time points.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (without any surgical treatment,n=8),sham operation group (only laparotomy,n=32),and acute bowel obstruction group (the intestinal was ligated 5 cm above ileocecal junction,n =32).Blood samples were taken from inferior vena cava at 8,24,48 and 72 hours after completion of the models for detection of plasma CRP and PCT by using ELISA.Results The PCT and CRP levels started to rise at eight hours after surgery and reached their peak at 72 hours,the difference between each time point in the group was significant (F=411.303,318.77;P<0.01).Compared with the sham operation group,the PCT and CRP levels in bowel obstruction group at 48 h and 72 h time-point were obviously elevated,the differences between the two groups were significant (t=30.564-95.741,P<0.05).The levels of PCT was positively correlated with CRP in the obstruction group (r=0.912,P<0.01).Conclusion The plasma PCT and CRP can be used as indicators to assess the degree of damage of intestinal barrier.关键词
