摘要

Abstract

To provide more dye selections for the realization of short process of polyester fabrics,this paper studies the dyeing technique of four blue anthraquinone type disperse dyes in sodium hydroxide medium for polyester fabrics ;discusses the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide under the existence of NaOH and the influence of mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide on desizing ratio of fabrics ; compares the oxidative resistance and improvement of dyes and investigates the differences of dyeing property and mechanical property of alkaline one bath process and acid dyeing.The result shows that four blue disperse dyes can conduct one-bath processing of desizing and dyeing with one-bath one-step method or one-bath two-step method under the condition of NaOH mass concentration 2 g/L and H2O2 mass concentration 3 g/L and have a good improvement and dyeing property.Hydrogen peroxide can improve desizing ratio; the decomposition rate reaches 89% within 25 min.It has small influence on mechanical properties of fabrics.
