Abstract
A novel antibiotic intermediate,4-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine-l-methyl formate,was synthesized from 1-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine and methyl chloroformate.The effects of acid binding agents,reaction temperature,reaction time and solvents on the synthesis were studied.The product yield reached 97% with the purity 99.2% under the optimal conditions of acetone as the solvent,triethylamine as the acid binding agent,n(1-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine) ∶ n(methyl chloroformate) ∶n(triethylamine)1.0 ∶ 1.2 ∶ 1.8,reaction temperature-10 ℃ and reaction time 5 h.The structure of the product was confirmed by means of 1H NMR.The product has the features of low cost,low toxicity,high yield and little wastes.关键词
