Abstract
A novel antibiotic intermediate,4-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine-l-methyl formate,was synthesized from 1-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine and methyl chloroformate.The effects of acid binding agents,reaction temperature,reaction time and solvents on the synthesis were studied.The product yield reached 97％ with the purity 99.2％ under the optimal conditions of acetone as the solvent,triethylamine as the acid binding agent,n(1-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine) ∶ n(methyl chloroformate) ∶n(triethylamine)1.0 ∶ 1.2 ∶ 1.8,reaction temperature-10 ℃ and reaction time 5 h.The structure of the product was confirmed by means of 1H NMR.The product has the features of low cost,low toxicity,high yield and little wastes.关键词
