Abstract
The extractive distillation with an ionic liquid,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([EMIM] [Ac]),as the solvent for the separation of methyl acetate-methanol azeotrope was simulated.The effects of feed location,theoretical plate number,solvent feeding location,reflux ratio and solvent ratio(the ratio of solvent mole flowrate to feed mole flowrate) on the extractive distillation were investigated.The simulation results indicate that the purity of methyl acetate increases then tends to be stable with increasing the theoretical plate number and decreases with changing downward the solvent feeding location.The purity of methyl acetate is 0.996 6 under the optimal conditions of the theoretical plate number 27,feed location 18th plate,solvent feeding location 1st plate,reflux ratio 0.3 and solvent ratio 0.26.关键词
