Abstract
A novel process for 1,3-butadien extraction with acetonitrile was proposed.C4 fraction was hydrogenated selectively,which led to the total content of the alkynes was lowered to 15 × 106(w),and then the 1,3-butadien was extracted out.The 1,3-butadiene extraction process with acetonitrile was simulated by Aspen Plus software.The results showed that the second extractive distillation column system could be canceled in the new process.Compared to a conventional process,the ratio of solvent to C4 fraction decreased from 6.6 to 6.2 in the new process,and the steam,cooling water and electricity consumption were saved by 14.8%,11.9% and 17.1%,respectively.The side-draw of the stripper was canceled,which resulted in increasing the butadiene recovery and heightening the security of the process.关键词
