Abstract
The compositions,particle size distributions and copolymerization performances of BCE catalyst and a commercial catalyst(Cat A),and the fines content in the polymers prepared with the two catalysts were investigated by means of spectrophotometry,titration,particle size distribution meter and 13C NMR.The results show that BCE catalyst has the features of less fines content,narrower particle size distribution and better copolymerization performance,and the polymer prepared with BCE contains less fines.As for the preparation of HDPE pipe resin with BCE catalyst,the solid content in the mother liquid is averagely reduced by 11%(w) compared to Cat A catalyst.The PE pipe resin prepared with BCE catalyst possesses slow crack growth resistance,which can meet the national standard,and good hydrostatic pressure resistance.关键词
