苯酚生产废水中苯系物及其衍生物的测定
Determination of Benzene Series and Derivatives in Phenol Production Wastewater

Abstract
AHPLC method was established to determine the contents of benzene,toluene,cumene,phenol,DL-1-phenethylalcohol,2-phenyl-2-propanol,acetophenone,2-phenylpropionaldehyde and 2-phenyl-l-propene in wastewater from phenol production.The influences of wavelength,volume ratio of mobile phase,flowrate and column temperature were investigated.The results indicate that the optimal chromatographic conditions are detection wavelength 210 nm,V(acetonitrile) ∶ V(water) 65 ∶ 35 as the mobile phase,flowrate 1.0 mL/min and column temperature 35 ℃.Under the conditions,in the mass concentration range of 0.05-120.00 mg/L,the standard work curves of the compounds have good linear relationship,the correlation coefficients are more than or equal to 0.999 7,the relative standard deviations are less than 2%(n=7),the minimum determination limits are in the range of 0.005-0.009 mg/L and the average recoveries are in the range of 95.0%-105.3%.This method has the features of simple pretreatment,short analysis time and high sensitivity,and can be used to rapidly detect the contents of benzene series and derivatives in the wastewater.关键词
