摘要
Abstract
BCES catalyst was applied to CX process to produce 5000S and high density polyethylene(HDPE) pipe materials.The results indicate that,compared to BCE catalyst,BCES catalyst has similar activity,its product has high bulk density,centralized particle size distribution and little fines.Using BCES catalyst,the CX installation ran smoothly,the liquid level in the reactor,the stirring electric current of the reactor,the centrifuge torque and the drying steam consumption reduced significantly,and long period running for the production of HDPE pipe material was achieved.关键词
