摘要
Abstract
To study the effects of Tongmai soft capsule in acute myocardial infarction dogs.Dog model with acute myocardial infarction was established by the ligation of coronary arteries.The results showed the Tongmai soft capsule could significantly improve acute myocardial infarction dogs,decrease the extent of myocardial infarction(∑-ST) assignment tested by epicardial electrocardiogram and reduce the infarction area displayed by N-BT staining,reduce serum AST,CPK and LDH activity in myocardial infarction dogs.Tongmai soft capsulecould could signiticantly reduce the myocardial infarction area.It possessed protective effects on myocardial infarction.关键词
