摘要

Abstract

Monosaccharide composition of the extract of zymosan was determined by HPLC after preparing pre-column derivitisation as PMP derivatives.To determine the optimal testing conditions through time and temperature of derivitisation and the column and mobile phase selection.Results were analysed by the use of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint si milarity evaluation software.The total carbohydrate of the extract of zymosan was 84.20%.Fingerprint was composed of mannose,glucose,and galactose.The similarity of the 10 batch of samples to compare with common pattern was greater than 0.9.The method was a simple,rapid,sensitive and convenient,and can be applied to the quality control of the extract of zymosan.It could also be used to determine monosaccharide composition of acidic heteropolysaccharides.
