新型天然气水合物动力学抑制剂的制备及性能
Synthesis and performance of new hydrate kinetic inhibitors

Abstract
Poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) (PNVCL) and several copolymers were synthesized from the monomers N-vinylcaprolactam (NVCL),N-vinypyrrolidone (NVP),N-vinylimidazole (NVI) and Acryl amide (AM) by solution polymerization with absolute ethanol as solvent and 2,2'-azobis[2-(2-imidazolin-2-yl)propane] dihydrochloride (AIBI) as initiator.The average molecular weights (Mn) of the polymers were determined by gel-permeation chromatograph (GPC).The performances of the prepared polymers inhibiting natural gas hydrate (NGH) formation were evaluated using a high pressure and constant volume apparatus and compared to that of the commercial inhibitor VC-713.The results showed that the formation of NGH could be inhibited effectively by low concentration of the polymers,the lower the stirring rate and the higher the Mn and the concentration,the better the inhibiting effect.Under the tested conditions of polymer Mn of 30000,polymer mass fraction of 2%,4℃,and stirring rate of 200 r/min,the PNVCL,P(NVCI/NVP),P(NVCL/NVI) and VC-713 inhibited hydrate formation for 22h,23.5h,30h and 19.5h,respectively.关键词
