小麦条锈菌4个流行小种的AFLP指纹分析及与小种毒性相关性的研究
AFLP fingerprint analysis of four epidemic races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici and the correlation with virulence
摘要
Abstract
The physiological races of wheat stripe rust,CY29,CY31、CY32 and CY33 are epidemic races in most wheat production areas of China.The objective of this study was to clarify the genetic relationship among the four races and their correlation with virulences.Genomic DNA of these races were isolated and used for AFLP analysis.by which the virulences of the four physiological races were compared.The results showed that the four races were clustered into two groups evidenced by both virulent analysis and AFLP markers,and the correlation index between them was 0.014.The genetic diversity of the four physiological races was higher than the genetic diversity of their virulences.The genetic similarity of these four physiological races was relatively higher,but the correlation between AFLP fingerprint analysis and virulence analysis was very low.关键词
